We operate an electronic booking system, please check the booking section for availability

Deposit Policy:

Consultation Fee: All consultations require a £50 fee, payable in advance. This fee is non-refundable and not deductible from any future treatment costs.
Treatment Deposit: To secure a treatment appointment, a £50 deposit is required. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
• If you fail to attend your appointment (no-show), your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
• If you arrive late and we are unable to complete your treatment, this may be treated as a missed appointment, and your deposit may not be refunded.
• We understand that emergencies are sometimes unavoidable, and we will always do our best to accommodate you where possible. Please contact us as soon as possible in such cases.
