We operate an electronic booking system, please check the booking section for availability

Deposit Policy:

To secure your appointment, a £50 deposit is required for all treatments and consultations. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment. If you choose not to proceed with treatment after your consultation, the deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

• We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
• If you fail to attend your appointment (no-show), your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
• If you arrive late and we are unable to complete your treatment, this may be treated as a missed appointment, and your deposit may not be refunded.
• We understand that emergencies are sometimes unavoidable, and we will always do our best to accommodate you where possible. Please contact us as soon as possible in such cases.
