Pay with Klarna
We accept payments through Klarna, available for in-clinic payments only. Klarna allows you to spread the cost of your treatment into manageable instalments. This option is discussed and offered during your consultation and checkout – it is not available for online booking payments.
Consultation Fee
All consultations require a £50 fee, payable in advance. This fee is non-refundable and not deductible from any future treatment costs.
Treatment Deposit
To secure a treatment appointment, a £50 deposit is required. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day.
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
If you fail to attend your appointment (no-show), your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
If you arrive late and we are unable to complete your treatment, this may be treated as a missed appointment, and your deposit may not be refunded.
We understand that emergencies are sometimes unavoidable, and we will always do our best to accommodate you where possible. Please contact us as soon as possible in such cases.
